Weekdays Biltmore
Our regular business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. During this time we are here to meet your needs for well-child
check-ups as well as sick or problem visits.
Evenings
Our evening hours are designed to make it simpler and faster to have your child
seen for sick or urgent visits. Our evening clinic is at the Biltmore office at 7 Vanderbilt Park Drive. Please phone after 4:00 p.m. for an appointment.
Early Morning Clinic
Our early morning hours are designed to make it simpler and faster to have your
child seen for sick/urgent visits. The hours for our early morning clinic are
from 7:00am till 8:00am and is available at our Biltmore office at 7 Vanderbilt Park Drive. No appointment is necessary.
Weekends/Holidays
Our weekend/holiday hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
at the Biltmore office only. During this time we are available to see your child,
by appointment, for sick and urgent visits.
In-office Lab
Our in-house laboratory is staffed by a medical technologist and offers a variety
of routine and diagnostic testing. Certified by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement
Amendments (CLIA), our laboratory provides quality testing in a timely fashion
that assists the medical providers in your childs diagnosis and treatment.
We believe that children are best served by laboratory personnel who specialize
with children.
Phone Nurses
We provide our patients with 24 hour-a-day phone nurse service. If you
have questions concerning your childs health or well being or need
help determining if your child should be seen by a medical provider, you
can call and speak to a trained, licensed nurse. Our nurses have years
of clinical experience and will help you find answers to any questions
you have concerning your child. 258-0969
Hospital Privileges
The physicians at Asheville Childrens Medical Center routinely provide care
at Mission/St. Josephs Hospital. All
of our pediatricians have active staff privileges and are able to meet the needs
that your child may have while hospitalized. | |
